I. some matters needing attention during stretching:

1. Surface treatment of iron frame. Remove dust, oil and burrs. Dust and greasy dirt will cause poor adhesion between glue and iron frame. Burr and sand particles may puncture the cloth and cause the rupture of the whole cloth

2. Precoating adhesive. When precoating adhesive on the frame, its thickness shall be moderate and uniform. The glue is too thin and the adhesion to the iron frame is not enough, which is easy to be pulled off by tension; If the glue coating between the cloth and the iron frame is too thick, it is easy to increase the ductility of the coating, and it is easy to shrink and deform during drying; If the coating is uneven, it will cause trouble or even damage to the bonding during fixation

3. Placement of frame angle. When the number of film lines is too high, you should pull several versions at different angles. But under normal circumstances, one angle is enough. Theoretically, when the angle is 22.5 degrees, the picture and text of the film is the least disturbed by silk, and its reproducibility is the best

4. Clamp. The clamps on the four sides of the stretching machine shall be located in the middle of the side. When clamping the cloth, the warp and weft threads of the thread shall be parallel to the clamping edge, and shall be as straight as possible. Sometimes the sun version only has moire in some parts because the yarn is not straight and has kinks

5. Initial drawing. Due to the weaving characteristics of silk, it is required to slowly awesome during stretching to facilitate the adjustment of hole shape and the acceleration of tension relaxation. At the same time, it can also prevent the danger of breaking when the tension reaches high tension. During initial tension, it is only stretched to about 60% of the rated tension

6. Pull again. The lost tension shall be compensated every 15~20 minutes, and the tension shall be repeated until the tension is stable at the rated value. Generally, it needs to be tensioned repeatedly for about three times. When the re pulling is stopped to measure the tension, the tension values in the warp and weft directions of the yarn at the four corners of the tension machine and the five positions of the center should be roughly the same. The greater the tension, the better. If the tension exceeds the elastic limit of the material, the wire will become brittle and easy to tear; Due to insufficient tension and lack of resilience, the silk is easy to stretch and deform during printing. The cloth may be scratched due to carelessness during repeated cleaning to remove the glue

8. Trimming and marking. The stretched version had better mark the cloth specification at the convenient place of the frame edge. If there are different pulling angles, it is better to indicate the angles, so as to provide convenience for repeated use
